This page describes how the Incaptta website handles information you submit. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

Quotation and contact forms collect your name, message, and at least one of email or telephone. Optional fields include service interest, project location, and flock size. We also store the page you sent the form from, a submission identifier used to prevent duplicates, and a Turnstile challenge result.

How we use it

Enquiries are stored so sales staff can reply. Email notifications use a verified Incaptta sender address. Your email, if provided, is placed in Reply-To rather than From.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 90 days by default, then deleted, unless a longer period is required to complete an active quotation. This is delivery administration, not a CRM profile.

Logs and analytics

Application logs must not contain full enquiry bodies or personal details. Optional analytics, if enabled after consent, must not send form fields.
